Friday PE Fun

We are absolutely loving our Friday PE sessions. We have learnt that we need to warm our muscles up and raise outrĂ© heart rate. Then afterwards we need to cool down and stretch. 

We worked in teams and completes some circuits. They involved: skipping, jumping in the ladder, throwing and catching, hula hoops, star jumps and balancing the quoits.
